FSSI is a privately held company that was formed in December of 1992 for the purpose of providing services to Credit Unions. The addition of Vision in 1997 as a business partner completed our goal of being a full service Credit Union provider. Together we have continued to develop a base of Credit Union customers who are receptive to a company that puts customer service, support and satisfaction first.

The principals of FSSI have a combined 46 years of experience working with Credit Unions and 79 years working in Data Processing Systems. Experience in Data Processing ranges from management, marketing, consulting, systems design, support and analysis, programming, maintenance, and contracting development for Fortune 500 companies. Revenue growth has averaged 28% for the years we have been in business and today we do business with more than three hundred Credit Unions.

We offer a full-featured Credit Union Software System, disaster recovery systems, computer systems and supplies, equipment maintenance, web site design and operation, network design, installation and maintenance, and we have been active in testing customer systems. The Disaster Recovery programs include Planning, Hot Site and Hot Replacement, and Expedited Replacement. Equipment sales include almost everything a Credit Union could need in new and used hardware. Some of our customers consider us their sole equipment supplier. We offer computer related supplies at the request of our customers.

Vision Genesis for small Credit Unions is designed to be a user installed system to do CU accounting and is Windows^® based. Vision XXI is designed for medium sized to very large Credit Unions. It is Windows server based with Windows workstations and has state-of-the-art business features and functions.
